Pay is less than average in the industry, benefits are poor, add culture and management problems to this and there will be not much left.

This is a 100% remote company with all the arising problems in communication and understanding how things work. But! If you are used to working independently, it's a great place with a very laidback team, no micromanagement and with loads of responsibility you can take if you'd like to grow and develop.
