Work/Life BalanceComp & BenefitsSenior ManagementCulture & Value
The company feels very stable and rapidly growing. The tasks are not really challenging and motivating, but good for a career launch and getting your experience. Employees get much freedom and respect for what they do from the management team. Great corporate culture all in all. Salary levels are ok, but do not expect to get an increase soon, as everything is based on the government contracts. Another issue is too much time that is spent on meetings and difficulties with getting the final decision about what is ok and what needs to be reworked.
