It is a fully remote company which does not suite every one, you should be a self-motivator to get things done. Remote experience in the past will help a lot. The biggest con I see is that sometimes management do not choose expressions commenting on the results of your work.

Pros: honest and transparent management. I feel that people care about how we feel working remotely. Cons: poor communication, not clear when and who are working and when you can address questions and expect answers.
