LOFT is a software post-launch management company. Its headquarters are located in
Greensboro, North Carolina.

The company and its specialists help businesses to support and maintain their products. LOFT story began as a collective of design and technology firms that created websites, launched apps, SaaS solutions, and more.

In 2017 the company’s founders realized that their clients had trouble with supporting their projects after launch. The problem was that their in-house programmers were busy doing their work and could not spend time supporting the product. So they decided to offer a solution and built a subscription-based service to maintain customers’ products, fix bugs, and so on.

LOFT software works the following way:

  • Kickoff. From day 1 to day 5. After a client signs up for the subscription, LOFT customer success team schedules and conducts a meeting to set goals and plan for the future, and also get acquainted with the onboarding team.
  • Access the app. From day 6 to day 10. At this stage, clients provide the LOFT team with access to their app servers, databases, and code. This phase is about a strong collaboration between the teams.
  • Document key details. From 11 to day 15. A Technical Review of the client’s app is prepared by the LOFT team and maintenance docs are created.
  • Establish best practices. From day 16 to day 19. The company creates a custom help desk portal and plans maintenance.
  • 24/7 support and peace of mind. From day 20 an annual client’s subscription begins. The LOFT team will provide support and maintenance, and the client’s team will focus on their priorities.
